Last Updated: February 11, 2026
DivorceDate is committed to providing a safe and respectful environment for all users. We maintain a
zero-tolerance policy regarding any form of exploitation, abuse, or illegal content, specifically
concerning the protection of minors.
Zero Tolerance Policy: DivorceDate strictly prohibits the sharing, distribution, or
promotion of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation
(CSAE). We cooperate fully with law enforcement and global agencies to report such instances.
1. Content Moderation
We utilize a combination of automated filters and proactive community reporting to monitor our
platform. Our moderation efforts are focused on:
- Immediate removal of content that violates our safety standards.
- Permanent device ID bans for users attempting to share harmful material.
- Active monitoring of popular forum tags and keywords.
2. Reporting Mechanisms
Safety is a shared responsibility. We provide multiple ways for users to report suspicious or harmful
behavior:
- In-App Reporting: Users can flag posts, comments, or private messages directly
within the application.
- Direct Email: Reports can be sent directly to our safety team at
33site@gmail.com with the subject "SAFETY REPORT". Reports are reviewed within
24 hours.
3. Child Safety Protocols
To prevent the exploitation of minors, DivorceDate implements the following protocols:
- Age Restriction: Our service is strictly for users aged 18 and older. We use
technical and community-driven methods to identify and remove underage users.
- NCMEC Cooperation: In accordance with legal requirements, we report any
identified instances of Child Sexual Abuse Material to the National Center for Missing &
Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant local authorities.
4. User Education
We encourage our users to maintain their own safety by:
- Never sharing personally identifiable information with strangers.
- Reporting any user who requests inappropriate material.
- Being aware of common "grooming" tactics and staying vigilant.
